Meeting twice a month to experience EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as “tapping”. A simple yet powerful technique which effectively releases stuck energy and negative feelings that impede your mental and emotional well-being.
Because the technique is so simple, it can be used as a self-help tool which empowers people to actively contribute to their own healing and development process.
If you are interested in helping yourself heal in any area of life: stress, overwhelm, health, loss, family, finances, relationships or even career, you will find this EFT group hugely beneficial.
Starting on Monday 15th January, the EFT tapping group will meet on the first and third Monday of every month from 12:45-1:45pm.
