Each time I visit Norman, I feel that a layer has been peeled off. I was dealing with a lot of baggage and it's getting lighter.

"When I first visited Peggy with my then - 18 month old son, he had been in hospital six times during a period of 14 months. My husband and I were completely at the end of out tether, having been told by a pulmonary specialist that not only was he severely asthmatic but also the he was allergic to pretty much every vegetable, beef, lamb, wheat, dairy and eggs. "Peggy is a great resource. I was referred to her to improve by breathing patterns because I was having trouble deep breathing during public speaking and while exercising. The Yuen Method is not at all what I expected - it is much quicker and more effective than other therapies. In the beginning, I thought it would take months of work, but was surprised that after the first and second session, I actually noticed changes in my breathing and confidence levels. "I can't thank Peggy enough for changing my life and my family's life!!! I was suffering from severe allergies every day for the past 4 years. Every year it increasingly got worse and I was on antihistamine's every day and was tired all the time. The last year was the worst of all, I didn't sleep one night through for 6 months because I couldn't breathe, i'd wake up at least 5 times per night. I really believed my allergies were due to moving to Hong Kong 4 years ago because of all of the pollution.
I tried everything possible to get rid of them. "I took my 5-year-old son to The Body Group to be treated for his allergies and eczema. His eczema used to be so bad that sometimes he would come home from school covered in bloody scratch marks. I didn't want to keep putting steroid cream on him and decided to try something different.
