By Taxi

Ask the taxi driver to take you to Pottinger Street in Central. If the taxi driver does not know the street, ask the taxi driver to take you to Lane Crawford House on Queen’s Road Central, then ask the driver to turn right at the first intersection following Lane Crawford House. This is Pottinger Street.

The Body Group is located on the right hand side of the road, halfway between Queen’s Road Central and Des Voeux Road. The entrance to the building is located between the Belgian Bank and a bakery on the 17 th Floor at 10 Pottinger Street

By Mass Transit Railway (MTR)

If you are coming by MTR, get off at the Central Station. Follow the signs to Exit C. Turn left as you exit on to Des Voeux Road. Continue past Li Yuen Street East and Li Yuen Street West to Pottinger Street. Turn left on Pottinger Street. The Body Group is located between the Mabros Jewelry Shop and a bakery at 10 Pottinger Street on the 17th Floor.

By Ferry

If you arriving by ferry from Discovery Bay or any of the outlying islands, take the pedestrian walkway which connects the pier area to the IFC 2 building. Access to the pedestrian walkway is in front of the Discovery Bay ferry pier. Once in the IFC 2 building, continue on the same floor to the exit linking the IFC 2 building to the Mid-levels escalator. Upon exiting IFC 2, walk across the pedestrian overpass on Des Voeux Road. Immediately following the overpass and before entering the Mid-levels Escalator Link Alley, take the escalator down to Des Voeux road (the escalator is located on the left hand side leaving the pedestrian overpass). The escalator will take you to Des Voeux Road. Cross the road at the intersection at the bottom of the escalator walking in the same direction the escalator took you. The following intersection is Pottinger Street. Cross the intersection before turning right to walk up Pottinger Street. The Body Group is located on the left hand side of the road between the Jeweler's and a bakery on the 17 th Floor at 10 Pottinger Street.
