Caroline Rhodes

As one of Hong Kong's most acclaimed and sought-after medical healthcare experts, Caroline Rhodes' unique approach to healing and wellness integrates traditional medicine with alternative, non-invasive treatments. Originally trained as a physiotherapist, Caroline has 25 years experience in treating clients of all ages, including babies who have had difficult deliveries and/or who suffer from colic, reflux, misshapen heads (plagiocephaly and brachycephaly) and special needs, as well as adults with chronic physical, emotional and health conditions.

As early as 2000, Caroline identified a pressing need in Hong Kong for a new, integrated approach to deal with chronic pain and other health issues. She founded Body Central in the same year, and the clinic quickly became Hong Kong's optimal practice for craniofacial and spine disorders serving infants and children. In May 2004, she launched The Body Group, which continues to raise awareness and understanding of non-intrusive therapies by combining manual and energetic treatments, tackling allergies, and practicing holistic nutrition and detoxification to enliven its patients' bodies and minds.

With clients from across Asia Pacific, the US and Europe, Caroline is regarded as a local authority and is regularly featured in the media on a variety of topics from infant care and IMT to migraine management. She is a prolific public speaker, and runs workshops focusing on natural therapies, posture and body mechanics, as well as providing educational tools for treatment of the lymphatic system and breast care.

Caroline has a Bachelor of Science degree in Science and Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University (USA) and has completed over 2500 classroom hours in continuing education. Caroline is active with The American Chamber of Commerce, and is the Vice Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee.
