From an early age, Alex White has always been very active. At age 5 he started competitive horse riding. At age 11 he progressed into competitive rowing. Growing up he dreamt of a career in sports. After incurring a few too many injuries himself and seeing how injuries affected many of his friends, Alex identified his rewarding path: injury treatment and prevention.
To maximise his effectiveness Alex draws upon a solid academic background as well as a track record of professional success. In 2006 Alex graduated from St. Mary’s College (UK) with Honours in Sports Rehabilitation, a medical level degree programme. He is also an accredited and experienced personal trainer plus sports masseur. Furthermore, Alex has practiced as a Stretch Therapist performing postural analysis, treating and improving biomechanics and muscle function, with varying techniques including; stretching, trigger point, massage, fascial release and exercises.
